Our Different Grades

All of our mobile devices undergo meticulous quality checks by experienced technicians in several stages before being categorized into three grades: Mint Condition, Very Good Condition, and Working Condition. These grades only differ in terms of the cosmetic appearance of the phones, not their functionality. This way, you will always receive a pre-owned mobile device that works as well as a new one!

Mint condition

The product is in excellent condition with minimal wear. Small scratches may be present on the frame and back of the phone/tablet. The product is unlocked, tested, and functions like new. The battery is guaranteed to be above 80% of its original capacity.

Very good condition

The product may have slight wear such as small scratches or minor marks on the frame. Occasional small scratches are allowed on the screen. The product is unlocked, tested, and functions like new. The battery is guaranteed to be above 80% of its original capacity.

Working condition

The product is fully functional but may have visible signs of wear, such as scratches or other marks on the screen or frame. The product is unlocked, tested, and functions like new. The battery is guaranteed to be above 80% of its original capacity.
